This sacred room quiet in space and undisturbed by light and motion sees the brewmaster s most favored batches from inception to limited edition bottling. Our ibex cellar series is brewed exclusively at this facility. After months of aging in our missouri made foeders alongside a blend brettanomyces the layers of complex funky flavor round out the slight sweetness of the apples.

The schlafly tap room opened in 1991 was the first brewery to open in missouri since prohibition paving the way for more breweries in st. 156 dinner 225 cocktail. Whether it s live music on the stage or sports on the big screens there s always something entertaining at the tap room. Almost looks abandoned from the outside but nicely updated on the inside.

The club room has a beautiful skyline view and balcony overlooking the biergarten along with its own private bar. Nowadays the tap room puts out a very select 2 000 barrels per year.
